Software Developer (Full-Stack) — Digital Alpha / EntBox

• Type: Contract
• Location: Remote, hybrid, or on-site — preference for candidates in or near Henderson, NV
• Salary: $75,000–$85,000 (junior to mid-level)

We’re an AI-native team building a CRM + support platform for enterprise clients, and we ship with Claude in the loop every day. We’re hiring a couple of full-stack developers who want to own features end-to-end — from a customer request to a deployed, flag-gated change in production.

About us

Digital Alpha builds EntBox — an “institutional intelligence layer”: a white-labeled CRM and support system for enterprise customers (telecom, ISP, and video-security operators, among others), with LLM features woven throughout. Small team, real customers, fast cadence.

What you’ll do

• Build full-stack features across a TypeScript backend (NestJS + Prisma + Postgres) and a Next.js/React frontend
• Own work end-to-end: scope a customer request, design the approach, write the migration, ship the PR with a real test plan, and see it through deploy
• Solve genuinely hard production problems — email ingestion and threading, access control and data isolation, search performance, notification routing, auth (Firebase/OKTA)
• Ship safely behind feature flags into a shared deployment pipeline
• Write clear, careful PRs: what changed, why, what could break, and how you verified it

• Languages: TypeScript (front and back)
• Backend: NestJS, Prisma, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: Next.js, React
• Infra: Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager), Firebase Auth
• Testing: Jest, Playwright
• AI: Claude Code and the Claude API — used daily for building, reviewing, and increasingly inside the product

How we work with Claude (this part matters)

We use Claude a lot — it’s part of how we build, not an afterthought. Our developers use Claude Code to move fast without cutting corners, we build LLM-powered features into the product, and we run automated pipelines that triage and draft fixes. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be excited to work in an AI-native environment and get sharp at directing these tools rather than being replaced by them. The best people here use Claude to ship more and better, and still deeply understand every line they merge.

What we’re looking for

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and full-stack web development
• Comfortable across the stack — you can trace a bug from a React component through an API to a SQL query
• Solid instincts for correctness and edge cases (you think about the mail that loops, the query that times out, the customer who shouldn’t see another’s data)
• Clear written communication — good PRs and good judgment about what’s risky
• Self-directed; you can take a loosely-specified request and turn it into a shipped, tested change

Nice to have

• Experience with Prisma/relational schema design and migrations
• GCP or another major cloud (Cloud Run / serverless, managed Postgres)
• SaaS or CRM/ticketing/support-tooling background
• Real experience shipping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, etc.)
