We’re an AI-native team building a CRM + support platform for enterprise clients, and we ship with Claude in the loop every day. We’re hiring a couple of full-stack developers who want to own features end-to-end — from a customer request to a deployed, flag-gated change in production.

About us

Digital Alpha builds EntBox — an “institutional intelligence layer”: a white-labeled CRM and support system for enterprise customers (telecom, ISP, and video-security operators, among others), with LLM features woven throughout. Small team, real customers, fast cadence.

What you’ll do

• Build full-stack features across a TypeScript backend (NestJS + Prisma + Postgres) and a Next.js/React frontend
• Own work end-to-end: scope a customer request, design the approach, write the migration, ship the PR with a real test plan, and see it through deploy
• Solve genuinely hard production problems — email ingestion and threading, access control and data isolation, search performance, notification routing, auth (Firebase/OKTA)
• Ship safely behind feature flags into a shared deployment pipeline
• Write clear, careful PRs: what changed, why, what could break, and how you verified it

How we work with Claude (this part matters)

We use Claude a lot — it’s part of how we build, not an afterthought. Our developers use Claude Code to move fast without cutting corners, we build LLM-powered features into the product, and we run automated pipelines that triage and draft fixes. You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should be excited to work in an AI-native environment and get sharp at directing these tools rather than being replaced by them. The best people here use Claude to ship more and better, and still deeply understand every line they merge.

What we’re looking for

• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript and full-stack web development
• Comfortable across the stack — you can trace a bug from a React component through an API to a SQL query
• Solid instincts for correctness and edge cases (you think about the mail that loops, the query that times out, the customer who shouldn’t see another’s data)
• Clear written communication — good PRs and good judgment about what’s risky
• Self-directed; you can take a loosely-specified request and turn it into a shipped, tested change

Nice to have

• Experience with Prisma/relational schema design and migrations
• GCP or another major cloud (Cloud Run / serverless, managed Postgres)
• SaaS or CRM/ticketing/support-tooling background
• Real experience shipping with AI coding tools (Claude Code, etc.)

EntBox AI runs an AI-powered customer support SaaS platform on Google Cloud. We are looking for a junior analyst to work alongside our Security Lead on the day-to-day security operations of that environment: triaging findings from our cloud security tooling, determining which represent genuine risk, remediating those within scope, and escalating the remainder to the appropriate team.

This is a hands-on cloud security role, not a SOC seat. You will not be watching a dashboard waiting for red. You will be opening cloud configurations, reading logs, and answering the question “is this actually a problem, and what happens if we change it.”

What you’ll do

• Triage. Work cloud infrastructure security findings from our internal platform and our cloud scanners: confirm the finding is real, check it is not already tracked, set severity, and decide what happens next.
• Investigate. Read the live configuration and the logs to establish whether a finding is exploitable, already mitigated, or a false positive. Document everything.
• Remediate within scope. Close out the work that lives in cloud configuration — access controls, service exposure, credential hygiene and scanner coverage.
• Escalate what sits outside it. Findings that resolve to an application code change, and anything touching standing human access to production, go to the Security Lead with your investigation attached. This boundary is a starting point, not a ceiling.
• Hand off and follow through. Route work to the right engineer, then confirm the fix landed and that it held.
• Keep the queue honest. Mute or tune known-benign noise so the real findings stay visible.
• Assist on compliance. We have a compliance program that needs support, and part of this role is helping gather the evidence behind it — access reviews, training records, vendor reviews. It sits alongside the cloud security work; it is not a compliance role in itself.
• Pitch in on the rest of it. Security here is not only Google Cloud. On a small team the work goes where it is needed, so expect to be pulled into things that sit outside the cloud console — including the occasional thing that fits no category at all.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform — Google Cloud preferred, AWS or Azure considered. You should be comfortable with the core concepts in whichever you have used: identity and access management, service accounts, compute, managed databases, firewall rules. Day-to-day work here is in Google Cloud and we will support the ramp.
• Comfortable reading logs and running queries against them.
• Comfortable in a shell, such as PowerShell, bash or Cloud Shell.
• Security, networking and cloud fundamentals — common vulnerability classes, CVE and CVSS severity, authentication versus authorization and least privilege, DNS, TLS, ports and firewall rules, and the basics of incident response.
• Familiarity with AI tooling, and the habit of verifying what it produces rather than trusting it — you check its claims against the source before acting on them.
• One year of relevant experience, or equivalent coursework or a degree in cyber security.

Nice to have

• Coding ability. We are not asking you to build anything, but being able to read a script helps.
• Recognized security certifications — CompTIA Security+, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, AZ-500 or similar.
• Exposure to a cloud security posture tool — Security Command Center, Wiz, Prisma Cloud or Defender for Cloud. The concepts transfer even if the vendor does not.
• Container fundamentals — what an image is, the difference between a tag and a digest, and how registries and base images work.
• Exposure to a compliance framework such as SOC 2, ISO 27001 or NIST, including what evidence collection involves.
• Experience working findings or tickets through a lifecycle — deduplication, reassignment, reopening and closure.

EntBox AI is a fast-growing startup looking for a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives on anticipating needs, keeping a fast-moving founder on track, and quietly making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What you’ll do

• Own the CEO’s calendar — scheduling, prioritizing, and defending focus time, and proactively resolving conflicts before they become problems
• Plan meetings and events — from internal all-hands and offsites to board dinners, investor meetings, and conferences, handling logistics end-to-end (venue, catering, AV, invites, RSVPs)
• Manage all travel — flights, hotels, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries that account for time zones and connection buffers, including real-time rebooking when plans change
• Handle communications — screening calls and requests, drafting correspondence and internal announcements, and acting as a liaison between the CEO, board, and outside partners
• Drive follow-through— tracking action items to closure, managing recurring processes like board prep and investor updates, and anticipating what’s needed before being asked
• Support the back office — processing expenses, coordinating contracts and vendors, and keeping records organized
• Exercise sound judgment— knowing what needs the CEO’s attention versus what can be handled independently, with strict confidentiality on strategy, personnel, financials, and board matters

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Excellent judgment and discretion — you can be trusted with sensitive, confidential information
• Sharp written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle competing priorities calmly
• A proactive, “anticipate before being asked” mindset
• Experience coordinating complex calendars and travel across time zones

Nice to have

• Prior experience supporting a founder/CEO at an early-stage (Series A–C) startup
• Familiarity with board or investor communications
